Spotscreen on show at this year’s National Local Government Human Resources Conference

Spotscreen are excited to be attending their first National Local Government Human Resources Conference this year in Melbourne.

Supported by the Municipal Association of Victoria, this conference will bring together human resource practitioners and local government managers across Australia to hear and learn about how their sectors face a range of contemporary and future challenges in the workplace.

Some of these challenges include social outcomes, driving high performance, using modern technology, cultural diversity, conflict resolution and inspiring leadership.
